Asset Optimization Not Working with Divi Theme

    If I disable the Divi Theme, Asset Optimization works for other themes. While trying to use the Divi Theme, I click on ACTIVATE, the popup screen appears and analyzes the site, gives the number of assets that can be optimized but when the page refreshes to show the results it goes back to the default page with the ACTIVATE button and doesn’t show any of the results.

    Hi @staytigler,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I have installed Divi theme and then installed Hummingbird on a demo site. When I clicked on activate in Asset Optimization, the scan completed, and it redirected me to the Assets interface: https://snipboard.io/7xCpnz.jpg

    Please proceed to try the following:

    – Clear all caching on site and if set on server, clear as well. In case you have caching on a CDN like Cloudflare, make sure it’s cleared

    – Deactivate any other possible caching plugins(in case installed)

    – Enable debug.log on wp-config to check for relevant errors. Here is our guide:https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/

    – Reinstall Divi and Hummingbird(this one should be done only if no major changes or settings have been made as they may be lost once plugins are removed. Make sure to clear Data from Hummingbird > Settings > Data, so it does not preserve it when reinstalling)

    – Run a conflict test by deactivating all plugins except Divi and Hummingbird. Check once more to see if issue is gone.
