I have moved a wordpress site from godaddy to rackspace.

Everything is good except the plugin scripts are not loading correctly.

They are missing a / after the domain.com.

    So example.com/wp-content….

    is loading like example.comwp-content…..

Is there a setting I need to change in the DB or how should I fix this?

    Thank You!

@wkinne – Please try our external Reset Tool plugin here: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip

To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, but that didnt seem to help.

Is there anything else I can look into?

Is there a file that I could just adjust the path for all assets?

    Thank You!

@wkinne – Using the Reset Tool plugin should correct any path/routing related issues, especially in cases of migration. Given this has not corrected the issue in this case you may need to have a closer look at the server environment and how its directory separator parameters have been set (this may require Rackspace to look into it). We have not seen this with Rackspace servers although it was a problem for many other users with a different specific hosting service.

    Thanks!

    Hi Cais,

Thanks for the response. One last questions, wouldn’t all assets be messed up not just yours if the directory separator parameters were not set properly on the server?

    Thanks!

@wkinne – It could affect other plugins / themes although it may also be with how we are generating our path/routes to the images that is getting crossed up in the server environment. Unfortunately we have no control over that aspect of any site although we do our best to compensate for these issues as we are continually reviewing our path/route code. As for the host where this was a significant issue, we have not seen the problem from those sites in quite some time.

    Thanks!
