assign a blog to each person?

  • I am newbie using wordpress… I hope I will find answers on this question of min..

    I want to have a blog for each person to keep a status of what went on during their shift. This way, I can easily check the status of their process as well as the status of tasks assigned to each person. Is there something to do with the calendar plugins?

  • Should all the blog posts be shown together? or do you want it such that each person’s blog will have a separate URL?

    If they don’t mind, I would like to know how to do the two questions they ask.. It is just, that I really don’t know where to start. Thank you in advance..
