Assign Checkout Form to Checkout page

    How to assign checkout form for woocommerce “Checkout”?
    “Checkout” page is assigned to Woocommerce checkout.
    And I have no idea how to assign your checkout form to “Checkout” page.
    Or how to assign your “Checkout From” to Woocommerce checkout.
    Do I have to write short code on “Checkout” page? Or what do I need to do?
