Assign code block to a Page Template

Is there a way to assign code block to a Page Template? Of course I can assign code block to each individual page. But assign to page template can save me some management time.

I also sign up your newsletter and get a free copy of CAC. I installed it and need key to activate it. But I don’t find any key for this free version.
