Assign contributor to specific pages

Hi, I’m sure it is a question asked many times before, but I can not find an answer to my specific problem.

The WordPress site uses pages, not posts. We want to assign a contributor to a specific page (so not only a page he/she created him/herself) with the ability to edit that page. After editing, when the page is set to ‘waiting for review’, the administrator should receive an email with a notification.

Now, this can be done with AAM manager, but we encounter a problem there: no matter being a contributor, he/she can publish the page when we assign the contributor to a specific page using AAM. That’s not what we want. The AAM people somehow do not understand this problem.

Is there another plugin that will do this job easily? So:
– assign contributors to specfic exiting pages;
– no publishing capabilities for them;
– email notification to the administrator.
