Assign Different course to different user role

Hello,

Can i assign a course to particular user for instant

Course: Categories: Class
Math – I can create (Grade1)
I can create (Grade2)
I can create (Grade3)

English – I can speak (Grade1)
I can speak (Grade2)
I can speak (Grade3)

User:
User Role: Grage1
Grade2
Grade3

So that upon registration user can register and select the course he/she is registering for from the above course categories and after registration he will only have access to the course until after the term as finished or admin can assign another course for him.

Kindly help if its possible.
