Assign more than 1 employee to a shift?

  • Hi there, is it possible to assign more than one employee to a shift? In my work our shifts are allocated by days on job so all the shifts are 8am – 6pm but currently it will only allow me to select one employee to be assigned the shift and I have to create triplicate or more of the same shifts to assign to each different employee…is there a snippet or something that will allow me to just select multiple employees to assign in the metaboxes?

    Hi!

    By definition, a shift can only have one employee. If you want multiple employees to have the same schedule, you will have to create separate shifts for each employee. I realize that can be tedious, which is why Employee Scheduler Pro includes a bulk shift creator that lets you create multiple shifts at once.
