Assign post code for entered cities

Hi, The plugin is amazing! Just want to know whether there is an option to assign postcodes to cities? As you replied earlier saying that you cannot add cities to shipping regions (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/use-cities-as-shipping-zones/), if we can assign postcodes to cities we can handle the shipping using postal codes using table rates.
