Assign the Ticket to user

Hello there,
your plugin is great. The problem is that I’d like to open a ticket like administrator and assign it to a specific user from the dashboard. How can I achieve that?
I mean, it works great from the users to the admin, but not viceversa. Could you suggest a workaround?
