assigned Ticket not shown in Frontend for agent

Hello!
Thank You for the new Plugin, im just testing and there are some things, i will post here at the forum.The first important thing for my site: Frontend-Agents
So at my testsite the List while using
[wsdesk_support display="form_support_request_table"]
only shows the own tickets, but not the tickets wich are shown at backend assigned to the agent.Thank You!
