Assigned to specific role, group or user

Is it possible using the Assigned status to also assign to a specific role, group or user?

The use case is, that you have different custom post types (CPT), that feed into a post (image, text, sound etc.), and you want to assign these to different roles, groups or individuals to be able to follow up.
