• Hi , love the plug in.

I am using the plug in for a ‘joining checklist’ for a business. e.g. we need everyone who registers as a subscriber to automatically get the same to do list, so my questions:

    1. Can this be done without manually assigning every new user to the checklist items?

    2. Is there any way of getting a report which says who has completed the list?

    Thanks

    1. Yes this can be done using the Master list view type. Be sure that only admins are set under User Permissions settings to be able to add, edit, delete, and complete items.

    2. No, there currently isn’t way to get a report.

This isn’t currently working, when I don’t have ‘assigned’ in the list, it doesn’t show up on any of the ‘dummy’ subscriber users I’ve set up.

I understand the part about only allowing subscribers to view and complete items (not delete etc) but the problem is using the short code [todochecklist] on a page, the checklist doesn’t show up unless i’ve specifically assigned to that user (even though I have my view set to master!)

Am I missing something, all I want is for the list to be automatically displayed for every user of the site who is a subscriber?

Check that under User Permissions, View is set to something subscribers can do on your site (like Read).

    This plugin is excellent ??
How can I create todo items for future users, those who do not yet have an account?
