    Hi,

I’m having a hard time figuring out how to assign a product to a specific cartflow funnel. Ive already selected the specific product on the cartflow ‘checkout’ page at the bottom, per cartflow instructions, but when I try to purchase the product, it always goes to the global checkout, and not the product specific and assigned cartflow funnel. We’re not using a landing page. Here’s the buyer’s journey:

woocommerce product page -> woocommerce cart page -> cartflow global checkout page

The configuration we are trying to achieve:

woocommerce product page -> woocommerce cart page -> cartflow product specific checkout page (already have a cartflow funnel created for the product and have assigned/selected the product within cartflow’s checkout page.

    Thanks

    Hello @alanwp81

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

Actually, the CartFlows is not designed to work the way that you are trying to achieve.

There are two ways the CartFlows works. The first is with Global Checkout and second is without checkout option.

    # With global Checkout: The Global Checkout page will replace the default WooCommerce’s Checkout page with the CartFlows Checkout page and your checkout process will become as
Shop page/ WooCommerce product page -> add-to-cart -> Cart page -> Checkout page ( CartFlows: Global Checkout ) -> Thank you page.

This comes in handy when there are lot of products in the store/shop.

    # Without Global Checkout: This will not replace the default WooCommerce checkout page with the CartFlows but instead each flow will work individually. Such as
Landing page -> Checkout page -> Thank you page.

Use can use this approach to share the URL of the landing/checkout page in the ads which you might be running on any social media platform so that when the user click on the ads then they will be redirected to that flow’s checkout page or the landing page.

Now, the working that you are referring is to redirect the user straight from the WooCommerce product page to their desired checkout page is not possible. This is not how the CartFlows is designed as a sales funnel.

    I hope this clarifies you.

THIS IS NOT AT ALL CLEAR from your website or documentation. Your website says that Cartflows integrates with WooCommerce. I expected that once I assigned a specific product to a flow, users clicking on the purchase button for the product in the single product page would be dropped into the appropriate flow. Apparently that’s not the case. I’ve now wasted hours learning your product. Glad I started with the free version first.

    Hello @mattspaur

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

Actually, CartFlows is a Sales funnel builder and not the plugin which provide online store functionality such as WooCommerce.

Yes, the CartFlows integrates with the WooCommerce but to create a sales funnels, and offer the great offers using the Optin, Bump Order, Pre-checkout offer, upsell & Downsell.

This is why the CartFlows does not makes any changes in the single product’s page.

    I hope this clarifies you.

Please let me know in case you have any questions.

So I’m sure you’ve probably found a new plugin, but I found a workaround to this issue. I created a Cartflow landing page that looks like the single product page with a button that is linked to the checkout page (next in the flow). Then, once the user clicks the “Checkout” button, it will automatically put that product in the checkout and so on…

Hope this helps someone because I also was very disappointed when I put in all that work to find that it didn’t link to the right checkout page when purchasing a certain product.
