Assigning Specific Users Contributor Roles

Greetings,

The page referenced below, features various employers. Each employer has a point of contact for either HR or marketing roles in their organizations.

Sample problem.
I want to assign user ‘roadrunner” from he Acme TNT Co. access to his company’s profile page as a contributor. I also want them to have access to a site-wide calendar so they can create events as needed.

I’ve tried looking at the Capabilities Manager Enhanced (I think), and it doesn’t look like it allows editing on specific pages.

Can anyone think of a plugin that has this type of feature? Or, is there a way to manipulate this in the aforementioned plugin?
