Assigning Users to Projects

You can assign or remove members to and from projects from the ‘Members’ tab when viewing the project.

Hi,

I’ve got a problem assigning members to a project.
I’m able to select the members, but the “Save Members” Button wont function properly. Do I need to adjust any special settings?

Thanks for help. I fear it’s a user fail, but I don’t get a proper solution.

Thanks so much for letting me know and sorry for the trouble.

This sounds like it might be due to a JavaScript error. Could I kindly ask if you could send me a screenshot of the JavaScript console on the page after you have clicked on the Save button? The console can be opened by right-clicking on the page and clicking Inspect and then clicking on the Console tab.

This will help a lot in finding the cause of the issue as well as a solution as soon as possible.

Thank you so much. There is definitely a PHP error in the request which is causing this issue.

To find the issue and a solution as soon as possible, could I kindly ask if you could send me the PHP error logs for the site to [email protected] so that I can take a closer look at the issue?
The PHP error logs can be obtained by requesting it from your hosting provider or getting it via FTP.
