Assing author to image

    Hello, I need two particular features:

    1 – Is it possibile to assing the author to a single image (not gallery)?
    I need to create a user gallery that it will show on user profile page, so I need to know who uploaded image.

    2 – Is it possibile upload images from frontend?

    And if the features aren’t avaiable, can you support me to implement only on my website?

    1.- We have a “Roles” permission functionality that you might want to take a look: https://www.imagely.com/docs/roles/.

    2.- It’s not possible to upload images in the front end at this moment.

    We can’t provide that kind of support at this moment; please consider that this forum is mainly being used by the community to report problems with our plugin.

    Hi, ok I’ll share that.
    So.. in the 1st feature Roles permission doesn’t good for me, I need to join author to uploaded images, so when I look at an image on frontend, the gallery show me the user that uploaded image.

    Hi @stefacchio,

    We are really sorry but this doesn’t seem to be possible at the moment since NextGen doesn’t actually support a membership feature. In any case that’s a very good point to be added as details for the already existing feature request.
