Assistance Needed: Adding Custom Field to New Order Emails

I hope this message finds you well.
I have created a new custom field for “Gender,” which is displayed on the checkout form and within the orders tab on the admin site. However, I noticed that this custom field is not included in the “New Order” emails sent to both the admin and customers.
Could you please advise if there is a setting or method to include this custom field in the order emails?
