    Hi All,

I have set up SMTP on both of my domains to prevent emails from going to spam. I am using Hostinger’s email service. I have entered all the necessary records from Hostinger into GoDaddy, including those related to email. Additionally, I have entered other recommended records such as DMARC and DKIM. However, my emails are still ending up in Microsoft’s junk folder. This issue is happening with both of my websites, and I have shared their links below.

    Hi @darrelsmith9780,

Thanks for reaching out! Please kindly know that the WP Mail SMTP plugin simply bridges a connection between your WordPress site and your preferred email account or mailing service. This ensures that you’re sending emails using an authenticated email address or domain name, which ultimately enhances your email deliverability.

To troubleshoot this issue further, please send a test email to this online tool from your WordPress site (WP Mail SMTP -> Tools) and then share that report with your email provider.

Additionally, you may choose to configure an alternative mailer on your site.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!
