Assistance on GDPR Cookie Consent (CCPA Ready) Plugin

Hello,

We are currently using GDPR Cookie Consent (CCPA Ready) Plugin on our development website.

We have a question in this regard.
Would it be possible for us to set it to default to no cookies for EU visitors and require acceptance to turn them on and default to cookies-on for other customers.

Let me know if this is doable.
