Assistance on not displaying response footer

    Dear Michael,

    The plugin is great, thanks for developing and sharing.

    There are two minor things that I can’t get to work properly.
    – Rendering of breaks. For whatever reason the form is sometimes showing white lines where I want them, but sometimes it doesn’t. Tried several things but can’t get it to work properly. May be it is the google form or the browser not rendering correctly. This is however not a major issue. So just for my understanding, is this a known issue?
    – More important; I want the response footer not to be displayed. The part that says: this form was created by google forms, create your own’.
    I tried the firebug inspector and found the element but can’t manage to add proper css to have it not displayed. Could you possibly have a look? I can of course provide a login for the wp backend.

    Ok, I looked some further and tried some other css options.
    I’ve managed to make it work with some other threads on this support forum.
