Assistance Required: Blank Widgets Page and Sidebar Issue on Astra Theme

  • I am reaching out to seek assistance with an issue I am experiencing on my WordPress website using the Astra theme. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem, I have not been successful, and I am hopeful that your expertise will help me find a solution.

    The main issue I am encountering is that when I navigate to Appearance > Widgets in my WordPress Dashboard, the Widgets page is completely blank, displaying no information or widget areas. Consequently, I am unable to add a sidebar to my homepage.

  • Hey, reshma7890, I’m another Astra user.

    I would recommend temporarily deactivating plugins to see if that resolves the issue.

    Out of curiosity, if you install the Classic Widgets plugin, does this resolve the issue for you?

    What is happening when you temporarily switch the theme to a default Twenty theme series?

    Also, disabling the installed plugins as suggested by Ian above should help to narrow down the issue.
