I would recommend temporarily deactivating plugins to see if that resolves the issue.

Out of curiosity, if you install the Classic Widgets plugin, does this resolve the issue for you?

What is happening when you temporarily switch the theme to a default Twenty theme series?

Also, disabling the installed plugins as suggested by Ian above should help to narrow down the issue.
