Assistance Required to Initiate a Booking with a Custom Form Submission

    Dear BookingPress Support Team,

    I am currently using your BookingPress plugin on my WordPress site and I am very pleased with its functionality. However, I have a specific requirement that I need help with.

    I have a custom form on my website that collects user information including their date, email, and phone number. My goal is to initiate a booking process when a user submits this form. Essentially, I want the form submission to create a pending booking with the user’s date, email, and phone number.

    Once the form is submitted and the pending booking is created, I would like the website admin to be able to manually add the remaining booking details such as the time, service, and other necessary information. After these details are added, the admin should be able to approve the booking.

    I understand that BookingPress has extensive customization options and I am hoping that there is a way to achieve this functionality. Could you please guide me on how I can set this up? Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    I’ve checked your concern regarding the custom form but sorry it’s not possible with BookingPress to book an appointment without selecting the time, services and also it’s not possible to add time & service manually from the backend.

    However, it’s possible to set the default status to ‘Pending’ from BookingPress > Settings > General settings and the user can approve it manually from the backend. And also, it’s possible to change the date & time from the backend by editing the appointment from BookingPress > Appointments section.

    But it’s not possible to book an appointment without service & time from the front end and add it manually from the backend.
