Assistance with placing image in empty space.

Hi guys, I want to add a image thats would note “Free shipping” In the empty space between my logo and the search bar, If anyone can give me a code to use or any information on doing this id be really happy.

And i have another question. Is there a way i could have a Register button or a login field on the top of my site where it says account?
Im desperate to find a solution. Basically i just want it to look more professional as im only new to WP.
