WordPress associates the display name with the user, not my plugin, however I can make it so you can change that. I will be implementing something for that in the next update for you, hopefully to be released either later this week or next week. Let me know exactly what you would like, like for existing users, new users, however, as I will need to implement that. It will change all the user display names in the database however, but I plan on making a backup of those in case you wish to resort back to them at a later date.

As you said, by default, the username is associated with the user. I have tons of people submitting content, and I want to avoid having to change the name associated with the user each time. If they type in JOHN for first name and HANCOCK for last name, I’d simply like the account to associate the posts with John Hancock for default. Is this possible? Also, is there any plan to add field for uploading gravitar? I have searched for months, and nothing like this exists (as part of same plugin (without having to spends hundreds of dollars). I really love the plugin. Maybe there’s a plugin that will force wp to do this. What are your thoughts?

    Found a solution here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/force-first-last/

Works perfectly. I’d still love to see an avatar upload option, though ??

Thanks, I am incorporating something similar to the force first last into the plugin and have a avatar option in the works for a future update however that will probably be a paid version but it won’t be that expensive. I have to make some money doing this, don’t make anything in donations hardly. Thanks for all the input by the way and the next update will be out next week.
