Associated Group dropdown option shows "None" and nothing else.

  • When I tried to create a new doc, in “Which group should this Doc be associated with?”, the dropdown option only shows “None”. Why is that? Did I not setting it right? I have 2 groups on the site, so the drowndown is supposed to show those 2 groups there. But, “none” is the only option.

    Thank you for time! Hopefully we can figure this out with your help.

    A group will only show up in that dropdown if:

    – you are a member of that group;
    – you have permission to attach Docs to that group (see the group settings > Docs for the minimum role required)

    Maybe these aren’t the case?
