Associating Facebook Account Issues

    The Profile Page of author should have check box to associate the facebook account to wordpress and hence use features like Social Publisher and Timeline Posts etc but, instead theres just a Facebook Account Section with a text saying “Getting Started”. Its just a text and not a link or check box as it used to be. Thought its a issue due to the theme but I reverted back to twenty thirteen to check but its not working still.

    I already have a facebook app configured and hence thats not the issue too. Please guide…!

    Check your Facebook app configuration on developers.facebook.com/apps. You may also view missing information in your WordPress administrative interface under the Facebook debugger menu item.

    Hi Niall

    Thanks a ton!
    I just got caught in a lil loop here! You see I had thought of the above solution regarding App Config. I could see all the Details of my app in the debugger but the thing is I have hosted the app at heroku.com already and wanted to use the same app id to use the Facebook plugin.

    Here I forgot that my domain (blog) needs to be setup in the facebook settings and there I am running in circles! he he! Silly me!
