    I am trying to figure out the shipping updates and notifications that being sent to the customer after a purchase on my website.

    I have AST, TrackShip and ShipStation. When it comes to sending automatic emails to teh customer with Item Shipped and Item Delivered, how do I it? Do I need to turn off the emails from WordPress and leave it up to TrackShip or is AST the one senind the email…… I am kinda confused if anyonce could help me ‘d appreciate it.

    Hi @yb5586164,

    You need to enable the Shipped and Delivered email notification in WooCommerce emails to send it to the customer.

    TrackShip send the Shipment status emails like In Transit, Out For Delivery, etc.

    Is the notifications coming from AST or TrackShip?

    also, I use ShipStation to buy the shipping labels which confuses me even further since they also send out email notifications.

    Hi @yb5586164,

    AST sends the order status email notification and TrackShip sends the Shipment status email notifications.
