Asthir Plus issues fixing request

Theme Asthir Plus is really cool. I have just begun my working with wordpress. My very first theme is Asthir Plus. I tried to use it but i am facing some problems in the very beginning.
1: The theme allows two menus. (Top Menu and the Primary Menu). However, i can see only a single menu at a time. Perhaps they are overlapped and only one shows at a time.
2: I would like to be able to put my site title and tagline in the same row as the logo. Currently, the logo is appearing on top of the title and tag line in the header. Also, there is no option to alter the font settings of the title and the tag line of the site in the header.
3: Its really disappointing to find that i could not add any left sidebar widgets. they all appear on the right sidebar. If both the menus worked fine, i may not have to use the left side widget.
