Astonishing…in a good way!

When I first installed the plugin (pro) I was a little overwhelmed by the variations/settings that I was presented with.

I contacted Mark (VarkTech) for some guidance expecting a somewhat protracted question – answer – question – answer process particularly as I am in the UK and Mark is on the other side of the world.

To my surprise I had an email reply almost straight away (1am his time) and we agreed I would Skype him seven hours later. I did just that and Mark guided me through the settings to achieve exactly what I wanted the plugin to do.

Brilliant.

In summary…brilliant plug in backed up with brilliant service and all for less than three of us spent in MacDonalds one lunchtime a couple of weeks ago!
