Astonishingly good customer support

  • A late-night request to their support page chat got a quick reply with an offer to login to the theme to fix a problem. When a conflict with the theme was suspected, they offered to FTP into the site to investigate – which resulted in a fix about 20 minutes later. EXCELLENT support.
