astore from amazon problems

I have a astore added to my website, but the search box and similar items box does not show up ,I can see the very edge of it but don,t know how to get it to appear. Also I would like to have a section where it is showing Brands where customers can just search through certain brands. The category section also need some altering and if you look at my home page you can see my store is there but way under this is my info about the site which needs altering .Please help anyone. Does WordPress not have a phone helpline
