Astra 4.1.4: Toggle button (burger menu) not working

    Hi all,

    When I updated Astra (Free) from 4.1.3 to 4.1.4 I realized, that the toggle button / burger menu has not been working anymore (no menu displayed). I experienced that with several devices.

    I use the latest WordPress release 6.2.

    When I switched back to 4.1.3, everything was working well again.

    Is this a known bug in 4.1.4? Is there any workaround?

    Any help highly appreciated.

    Anyway, what ticket are you talking about? Did you mean you have submitted ticket thru our Support Portal? I need to know your ticket ID. You can see your ticket ID in the automated email you receive from us after you submitted the ticket.

    I have Astra Pro (I pay for Astra!) and, when reading this, I checked on my websites and found this problem (burger menu not working) is (still) not working. This means my customers can’t use the mobile phone from version 4.1.4 ?!? (I don’t check every day if all is working on mobile phones. So today I wanted to add a ticket to Astra. And when I do and filled in the whole problem, I can’t find a “Submit” button to send to Astra (Brainforce). Astra an my company is not a good marriage, every time when I have a problem it is very difficult to get answers to problems and now I found this burger menu is not working long time. And the burger menu is not about just a color not right or doesnt look perfect. If the burger menu is suddenly not working because Astra changed to a new version, my customers can’t order products anymore from mobile phone. So how to solve this or even send a ticket to Astra???!!!

    Sorry for the hard time you have. Are you sure the Toggle Button problem is coming from Astra? I am sure it is not. What optimization plugin you are using? It could be related.

    As per the forum guide, please start your own thread. When you create a new thread on this forum, please share also your site URL so we can check it directly from our end.

    Regarding the submit button on our Support Portal, I check it myself and the submit button is there. We also have no problem with incoming new tickets. So, probably there was a small glitch at the moment you tried submitting the ticket.
