Astra + Abandoned Cart

    Checking this out – to see if Pro is the right move… comparing to Woofunnels.

    But as we use Astra and various Brainstorm apps, seems this should fit in better – however two immediate issues:

    1) On custom checkout page, the icon in the ‘Astra Back to Top’ element fails – doesn’t appear to be loading. So looks broken with the empty box. Uses the ‘Astra’ font, which is apparently not loading on these cartflow pages?

    2) We use Woocommerce > Activecampaign for abandoned cart – any issue there? As it appears there is a push for the Cartflows version.

    Please find the answers to your questions below.

    1. The CartFlows don’t load the theme’s styles & the scripts for “CartFlows – Box” & ” Template for the page builder” page templates. Due to the Styles & scripts are not getting loaded the “Back to top” button icon, it looks like broken.

    If you set the template as a “Default Template” then that I icon will be get displayed properly.

    2. As of now, we don’t have received any issue with the ActiveCampaign & the Cart Abandonment Plugin. Are you getting any issue? Please let me know in case you are facing any issue. I will be happy to help.
