• Hello,

I couldnt find a working answer in the forum yet.

I’m using an Astra Theme and would like to have the background image like on the homepage right at the beginning of the page, with the Header in front and also the first heading.

But unfortunately this is not working on other pages, even though I have the “transparent header” activated. How can I do it on the other pages? There I have the header with nothing & if I put in a background image, it starts BELOW the header, not included.

I would really appreciate some tipps.

    Thanks a lot!

  • Hi @jaanabpdk,

Based on the description, it seems the Transparent Header is only active on the homepage, which is why the background image starts after the header on the other pages. To address this, first, ensure the Transparent Header isn’t disabled in the Customizer settings: Customize > Header Builder > Transparent Header.

If everything looks fine in the Customizer, check the meta settings of individual pages as the Meta Settings have the power to override the Customizer Settings. You can follow the steps outlined in the attached documentation for assistance. [Link to Documentation]

If the issue persists, please share your website URL so we can review it on the front end and provide more specific guidance.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Dear Aradhy,

thanks a lot for your reply.

Customizer settings are fine, transparent header is activated for all pages. Also in Astra Meta Settings the Transparent Header is enabled.

The website is not online yet, I first wanted to have this fixed.

Can I somehow share a screenshot here?

    Kind regards,

    Jana
