    More recently when updating pages I have to do all the uploads for computer view then repeat all the uploads for phone view. This latest issue, shows Black pages on the WP Astra Elementor edit page but on the phone it shows them as loaded. Next, I just uploaded a page on the computer screen where a page didn’t exist, and the phone view has an older version of that page as the only page viewable? I have logged in, logged out, refreshed and nothing seems to update properly. I am running the on Google Chrome. As I have always done.

  • Hi @dpmatlosz,

    To narrow down the issue, please do the following:

    Temporarily deactivate all the plugins installed on your site, except the Elementor plugins. If it solves the issue, then please reactivate the plugins one by one until you notice the issue comes back. The last plugin you just reactivate is the culprit.

    To check whether this issue is theme-related or not, ?please try checking if the issue persists when you temporarily switch the theme to a default WordPress theme, e.g. Twenty Twenty. ????If the issue persists even on the default WordPress theme, that means the issue is not theme-related.
