Astra + LifterLMS – AddOns not working

Unfortunately, we’re not sure what would cause these settings to stop working!

A couple of things to look for are:

Does this happen on every page or just LifterLMS pages?

Did Astra Pro get enabled by accident when LifterLMS was installed?

Have you reached out to Astra already about this issue?

If so do they have any insight as to why LifterLMS would cause this that we can look into for you?

The problem seems to be caused by the plugin Lite LMS Progress Tracker by LifterLMS.
Is that any help?

Of course.
I have Astra theme installed plus Astra Addons Pro.
When the plugin Lite LMS Progress Tracker by LifterLMS is activated, no Scroll to Top-Button is working. Not the only from Astra Add-Ons but also every other Scroll To Top-Plugin. (I tried 3 other)
Do you have any explanation?

Unfortunately, we do not have access to the Astra Addons Pro so we are unable to replicate this issue.

However, you said it doesn’t work with any “Scroll To Top-Plugin”. Could you please share with us the names of some of the free Scroll To Top plugins you used in order for us to troubleshoot?

Still having a bit of trouble on our end getting this issue to occur.

I have a fresh WordPress install running:
The Astra theme v 3.7.3
Plugins:
– Astra Pro v 3.6.1
– LifterLMS v 5.4.0
– Lite LMS Progress Tracker by LifterLMS v 0.1.0
– Smooth Back To Top Button v 1.0.5

I don’t have any issues with Astra Pro’s scroll to top or Smooth Back To Top Button’s scroll to top feature on my site.

Do you have any other plugins active on your site that could be causing a conflict?
Or would it be possible for you to test another WordPress install to see if you can recreate the issue on a new site – that would help us to figure out if it’s a site-specific issue, or possibly a host-specific issue?
