Astra Starter Sites import failed

  • Hello,
    I have latest version WordPress, while trying to import Astra Sites, I have this fallowing message:

    “Executing Import”………
    Then I click on Import This Site (Required Plugins – all activated), comes this error message: “cURL error 7:” and then messange ‘Import failed. See error log’

    What can I do?

    As of now, we are not sure what might be causing this issue. If you can please share the error_log file of your website we will be able to debug the issue and get it resolved for you.

    This was actually a temporary issue at our server end and we managed to fix it back then. Things should be working all fine and you should be able to access all the demo sites.

    The Brainstorm Force team has been unable to fix the problem. I have been working with their team for over 4-days, and it’s still not resolved.

    I am having the same issue on https://iris-rodriguez.com/. It appears to be importing but never does, the “importing content” message stays at 0% for half an hour. Please help, I would really like to transition from Ocean to Astra…

    We have already fixed our plugin related issue. It might be your server side restriction or any plugin that could be causing an issue while import.

    I am using your theme and already have my website content but when i activate this nothing show on home page of my website. i didn’t import any demo just install it and activate.
    How i can customize it without importing demo content?

    Just activating a plugin should not affect the existing site. Once you open a support ticket we will be able to take closer look and debug this ASAP.
