    it looks like the function of the wp-typo plugin is blocked by the astra theme.
    Can that be the case?
    Additional question: If a word is ok in the desktop view, does it wrap in the mobile view if needed?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I don’t know, I’ve never worked with Astra before. You might want to ask them. wp-Typography uses the standard WordPress filter hooks like the_title, the_content, etc.

    Regarding the second question (desktop/mobile), I’m not sure what you mean by the word being “OK”?

    The hyphenation function of wp-Typography adds normally invisible markers (the so-called “soft hyphen” character) that allow the browser to break the word if necessary. Whether or not a word is actually wrapped at the end of a line depends on various CSS rules/browser behavior that the plugin has no control over.

    I meant by ok that the word does not need to be wrapped in the desktop view because it has space. Is it still wrapped in the mobile view if necessary?

    Actual wrapping is done by the browser, the plugin just inserts the soft hyphens at valid hyphenation points. So yes, different viewport sizes will (unless disabled via CSS) show different word-breaking.

    @marcellot19, from our conversation on the FAQ page, I think you have been able to resolve the issue?

    @pepe:
    I have looked at the site with mundschenk.at. Unfortunately in the H1 header of the homepage some hidden special characters made sure that no word wrap could be generated. After that I deleted the corresponding block completely and created it again. After that everything worked. So the problem was already with the theme, or the pattern data.
