Astra theme conflict with elementor lightbox.

I have a free Astra theme installed and wish to use elementor lightbox with a basic elementor gallery. full page icon in lightbox causes lightbox to glitch and close. Tested with a standard WP theme and function works fine. Could anyone help me solve this issue using the astra theme. Thanks.
After enabling “view lightbox in editor” in elementor preferences, lightbox full screen is functional in editor but still not on page. Site is currently hosted locally with flywheel.
