At A Glance stats labels in Dashboard should be clickable

    The labels for the stats in the At A Glance section in the Right Now box in the Dashboard should be clickable in addition to the numbers.

    I naturally try to click on words first instead of the numbers themselves. Can’t think of a good reason why they shouldn’t be linked.

    And while we’re there, why is the WordPress version number in that same box styled like a link, but it’s not a link?
