At upload duplicate image library

  • Hi,
    Since I installed the latest version of WordPress 4.0, I’m experiencing bloquing issue with Chrome Version 37.0.2062.124 m as well as with IE v10.09 :
    When I upload a pictures, it’s been replicated 1’000 time in my Library…
    I’m blocked and cannot work anymore on the website.
    Thanks for your help, How COuld I come back to previous version of WordPress?
