At what point do I click on magnifying glass when I want to add image?

    When I bring up an image to add to a page in WP there is no place to click on magnifying glass and when I click I get a message saying “have to add image first” No where during that process is a magnifying glass available.

    First you add the image to the page. Then select the image and click the magnifying glass button.

    I appriciate your answer but I guess I am missing something. I tried to click on the image on the product page where it shows a magnifying icon but as soon as I do it reverts back to the media page where it doesn’t show a magnifying icon. I also clicked on an image on the media page first but it does not take me to a page where there is a magnifying icon. Thanks in advance for advice on what I am doing wrong. It should be something very simple but I can’t see it.

    What page editor are you using (Classic Editor, Gutenberg, Elementor, Beaver Builder …)?

    Do you want to apply the zoom on an image within a WooCommerce product page? Is the image inside the gallery or in the product description?
