Atahualpa and Nextgen 2.0.59

Hi,

I use Atahualpa as my preffered theme. When I upgrade the NextGen gallery plugin to 2.0.59 both conflict:
Nextgen will not display images in lightbox
When I add Jetpack to the combination stats are not collected anymore and proof reading does not work.
When I add W3 cache to the combination of the two, caching does not work.

I disabled all but the Atahualpa theme and the Nextgen plug-in. When only one is activaded they both work fine.

Any suggestions?
