Atahualpa and Related Links plugin

For my blog I’d like to use the Related Links plugin.
Their installation instruction says: “Place <?php related_links(); ?> in your templates.”
In case of Atahualpa 3.7.7., where do I do this?
I want the output to showup underneeth the body content when looking at a single post, just before other plugins start their output.
