Atahualpa – Page Menu Bar rounded corners on hover – PROBLEM

Hi

My political blog at https://blizzard.freedom-blogs.com is looking close to how I really want it now, but to be perfect I want to round the corners of the greyed-out background section when the mouse cursor is hovered over the Page Menu Bar.

I used the “-moz-border-radius: 3px; ” piece of code to see what would happen and it worked for the grey hover section, but also the edges of the Page Menu Bar and the white showed up behind.

So I need a way either to make the edges of the grey hover section rounded without rounding the edges of the page menu bar itself, or a way to do this and then make the corner sections of the page menu bar black.

Apologies for the awful use of vernacular and technical terms here – I am a noob.
