Atahualpa with MultiSite or WP Multi Network Plugin

I see that the Atahualpa theme has a fix called Easy Header Fix

This allows Atahualpa to run in MultiSite mode and also with the WP Multi Network plugin.
Question, anyone here offer a couple sites that you have working in MultiSite mode ~ using the following together?
- WordPress 3.1.3
- Atahualpa 3.6.7
- Atahualpa Easy Header Fix
