  • Have the same problem here. I can add a new file-template (Title, Description…), can also upload an file or select it from the upload-dir. But when I’m saving, there is no file at the template. File is still uploaded an I see it with ftp (so the path should be right). When I use the shortcode I get an line with “access denied” on the website.

Had tried to deinstall an new install the plugin. The old templates are listed again (with the old files I’d uploaded two weeks ago). Only new files doesn’t loading up.

    Whats wrong? ??

@gba96vvff, try uploading from media library, if it also doesn’t work there, probably the certain file type is blocked by your server.

@ballrock2, it is different problem but not from wpdm, probably other plugin conflict, please try deactivating other plugin.

    Hello Shaon,

that was a very good hint. But I’ve now idea whats happend there.

I tested all combinations of plugins and themes. The result is, that “wpdm” don’t upload (or change) files when “The Events Calendar” is active. If I deactivate the Calendar, the changes works well.

Which is the right way to fix this problem? Can you say where the failure could be if I send logs or something else? (maybee both projects have same named functions and overwrite each other?) Or is it clearly a problem I’ve to discuse with the programmers of “The Events Calendar”? (the calendar works well with no limitations)

    Best regards
