attach license key

We have the Iframe add on and it just renewed but it shows as not attached to the site. When I looked there is nowhere in the plugin to attach it. The pictures show a ‘licence’ section in the plugin but it doesn’t show on our site, even though the IFrame plugin has been installed for sometime. It did show a popup to add license key but when I click that it says I don’t have permission to go to the page (logged in as admin).
